We handle every step for you, in English, so you can focus on building your business.
The first call takes 30 minutes.
We understand your business goals and recommend the right company structure.
We collect and prepare all required documents in English.
We file with the French authorities and handle all correspondence.
You receive your official company registration number, and you're open for business.
Not sure which one fits? Book a call and we will tell you.
The moment you register, your client portal opens with these steps. Each one is ticked off as we go, and you get an email when something moves.
We have your request. Your file is open and an adviser will be assigned to it.
Send an identity document and a proof of address for each director, propose a company name and describe your activity.
We choose the legal form with you (SAS, SARL or another) and fix the registered office. A company cannot be registered without an address.
We draft the articles of association (statuts), which set the capital, name the directors and fix the rules of the company.
You deposit the share capital with a bank or a notaire, which gives a deposit certificate. You then sign the articles: the company is formed on signature.
A notice of formation is published in a legal announcements journal. The proof of publication goes into the file.
We file the registration with the signed articles, the proof of registered office, the declaration of beneficial owners and the declaration of non-conviction of each director.
Your company is registered. It receives its SIREN and SIRET numbers and its Kbis extract, and can open its bank account. Your documents are available here.
A SARL is similar to an LLC with more rigid governance. A SAS is more flexible, easier to manage for a single international owner, and simpler to exit. We almost always recommend a SAS or SASU for international clients.
No. The entire process can be done remotely. We handle everything on your behalf and courier documents when signatures are required.
